We strive for loyal and happy customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us,please take advantage of our return and exchange policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, email our dedicated customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the delivery date.
If you want to return your items, please notify us by email firstly stating the reason and the model Ray ban for the return within 7 days of date posting. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items must be sent back complete with the original package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as Fedex, DHL and National Pos Courier (Pos Laju) signed for service. Ray ban Malaysia is not responsible for packages lost in transit. The refund will be reimbursed to your paypal or by wire mechine account within 3 days after receiving the returns. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.
In the unlikely event of total defects we will offer a replacement or full refund, the faulty goods providing they are returned within 10 days of you receiving them complete with packaging. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with your order number and details (a picture) of the fault you wish to return. In the case of faulty goods returned within 10 days, we will refund the postage costs upon request.
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please email us at Ray ban Malaysia ASAP. Our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the order from being processed or shipped. But there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If it is stopped in time before delivery, 50% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it.
